How can we relate the two testimonials below with each other on the light of the discourses of hate

Are the inmigrants and the black people from outer space?

Gloria Greggory (Character of Goodbye Bafana) and a Michigan woman had two different testimonials expressing almost the same racist, selfish, exaggerated and paranoic ideals and concerns about immigrants entering to their countries. Although the time periods and places in which these women's points of view were expressed differently, their ideals and concerns are almost the same.

First, considering the two women ideals both didn't agree with different races living in their countries. For example, the Michigan woman said: “There is something going on with Muslims and Latinos, there is a lot we don’t know about. They have a game plan. They want our jobs,” She wants to stop the entrance of these immigrants to USA and that is the reason why she votes for Donald Trump, also she thinks Muslims and Latinos are dangerous. Other example is Gloria Greggory from Goodbye Bafana who said: “They don’t want to share this country with us! They hate us! If they had it their way they’d drive every single person into the sea.” Gloria is trying to convince her husband that he is doing the right thing by being in white side, she thinks black men are dangerous when they only want to be treated as equal as the whites, to live in better conditions and to have the same rights as the white men. Both women think that blacks, Latinos and Muslims are dangerous and their don’t deserve to live along with Africans and Americans.

Finally, taking into account their concerns, both think the different races people that want to live in their countries want to get everything from the whites and leave them with nothing. For example the Michigan woman said: “They want our jobs, they want all the businesses. They want my, grandchildren to work for them. I am hoping he can do something about it. We need someone to say no.” She is concerned that the Latinos and Muslims do to USA what Muslims did to Germany, she doesn’t want to work for them in the future and to give them everything to get nothing in exchange. Other example is Gloria Greggory who said: “If they had their way they’d drive every single person into the sea. They’d leave us with nothing. Not even the cloths in our backs.” She is concerned about the black people getting rid of every white in Africa and that black obtained every single thing that whites had worked for and then leave the whites with nothing.

Gloria Greggory and The Michigan's woman do not agree with living with immigrants and black people because they feel insecure and they believe that the immigrants want to get all the jobs and money of their countries and then leave them with nothing. In conclusion, they have selfish and crazy ideals about immigrants and black people because they believe in the stereotypes that other people give them.
